Back in 1994 I had a speaking engagement in St. Catherines and Peter Fortuna came to the event and talked me into staying at his house for the evening. We were lamenting that the four of us ... myself, Peter, Lorenzo and Michael were best of friends for years and years but since we graduated and headed into different directions across the country ( I lived in Richmond Hill, Peter in St. Catherines, Lorenzo in Windsor and Michael in London) we hadn't really stayed in touch other than the odd wedding etc.

So Peter volunteered to host a BBQ at his house that summer to re-unite the group. At the BBQ we decided that each year we would take turns in  hosting an annual get together with Peter and Anna the first turn, Lorenzo and Linda the second turn, myself and Lucy the third turn and Michael and Lynne the fourth turn. And every year since we've managed to pull this off. There were two occasions where one of us missed the event .... in 2002 Michael was too ill to come and in 2003 my sister was very ill and I had to run to Florida to visit. The others did get together for each of those occasions but we obviously didn't get pictures.

In 2008, Linda and Lorenzo talked us all into going to Tuscany to celebrate our 15'th anniversary of the getting together of the BBQ Boys. Two weeks in which we had a wonderful time  with memories (and pictures) to last a lifetime.

I assembled the annual picture for each of the BBQ's where we were all present and dated them so that everyone can track our progress through time. (And weight losses and gains but we won't focus too much on weight).
